How do I book a tour?
You can book a tour by contacting us via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our contact form. Our team will assist you with the booking process and answer any questions you may have.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking by contacting us. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour. Please see our Terms & Conditions for detailed cancellation policies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. All transactions are processed securely.
Do you provide hotel pick-up?
Yes, all our tours include complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off in central Istanbul. We will contact you the day before your tour to confirm the pick-up time and location.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our professional guides are fluent in English and Turkish. Some guides also speak other languages. Please let us know your language preference when booking.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a camera, and any personal items you may need. For mosque visits, please dress modestly (covered shoulders and knees).
