2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

To book a tour, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions
• Make payment as required

2.2 Payment

Payment terms:

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking or as specified

2.3 Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation terms:

• More than 24 hours before tour: Full refund (minus any processing fees)
• Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund
• No-show: No refund

To cancel, you must contact us via email or phone. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient bookings
• Weather conditions or safety concerns
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
• Force majeure events

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

4. Tour Participation

4.1 Participant Requirements

Participants must:

• Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
• Follow the guide's instructions for safety
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear

4.2 Behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour who behaves inappropriately, disrupts the tour, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

5. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. However, participation in tours involves inherent risks. By booking a tour, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically capable of participating in the tour activities
• You have disclosed any medical conditions or limitations that may affect your participation
• You understand and accept the risks associated with the tour
• You will follow all safety instructions provided by our guides

We recommend that you have appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses and trip cancellation.

6. Changes to Tours

6.1 Changes by Us

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or schedules due to:

• Weather conditions
• Closure of attractions
• Traffic or transportation issues
• Safety concerns
• Other circumstances beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives. No refunds will be given for minor changes.

6.2 Changes by Customer

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

7. Liability and Insurance

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation in our tours
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during tours
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is the property of Enjoy Turkiye Travel and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or transportation failures.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We will make every effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be governed by Turkish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
